About the Products

The items we sell are usually in their original boxes and may even be in their original wrapping;
however these items are being re-sold, so they are not necessarily brand new.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, does not function properly, or has
been damaged in a way not described in the auction site, please go to our Warranty
and Returns section.

ALL items sold by Dealtree
include a 14 day "as advertised" guarantee.
We guarantee the item you purchase is in the condition advertised as
reasonably described in the auction listing, or you may request an RMA and return it. If the item is not as advertised, we will either repair or replace the item If these options are not available we will refund the purchase price including shipping.
No Refunds or Exchanges can be made on purchases of SOFTWARE, Software LICENSES
or BATTERIES.

Items not as advertised
Items not as advertised must be reported to us within
14
days of receipt of the item.
Minor cosmetic defects, packaging, missing non-essential parts, or specification discrepancies that do not
affect product fitness are not covered by this warranty. No product guarantee is offered to customers outside
of the USA. Batteries and software are not covered by this guarantee.
Freight Damage on items shipped with optional insurance.
Freight damaged items must be reported within 48
hours of receipt of shipment.
Freight Claims will be filed by us on your behalf, and a repair or refund will be made when the carrier
approves the claim.
Returns Process:
1) Carefully read the product description on the auction, to ensure the item was not advertised with the
defect.
2) If the item has a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer for support and/or warranty repairs.
Manufacturer repairs are often completed faster than returning the item to us and having us send it to the
manufacturer for repair.
3) If the item cannot be repaired by the manufacturer,
contact
us for an RMA (Return Authorization).
4) Once we have issued the RMA, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us, or the RMA will be
cancelled.
5) Upon receipt of the RMA, we will inspect the item and (at our option) do one of the
following:
a) (if a replacement is available) we will ship a replacement item, that
matches the original advertisement OR
b) We will repair the product and return it to you OR
c) We will refund your original purchase price of the item.
6) if the item is not defective, or is otherwise "as
advertised" - we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back once you have paid
the additional re-shipping and handling costs.
